With multiple projects underway at any one time, Project Development Group, LLC (PDG) uses iBEAM OnSite live remote-control construction cameras to help them monitor and manage their projects.

PDG recently completed The Shoppes at Heritage Oaks, a 59,000 square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Lake City, Florida. An iBEAM camera allowed PDG and their client to monitor construction from over 450 miles away. The General Contractor used the camera to monitor and address outstanding issues, and the lender expedited inspection of the property prior to funding pay applications.

• A single camera archives multiple views of each job site for a complete record of the project.
• Custom access levels let PDG make live cameras and still images available to their clients, the general contractors, tenants, and lenders.
• iBEAM's cellular communication package allows the cameras to be set up quickly and moved as projects are completed and new ones start.
