How to Add or Remove Users
If you requested users when you filled out the New Product Information form, they have already been added to your account.
To Add New User(s) to Your Account:
Contact the iBEAM Support team by email or phone to request new users be added to your account. The Support team will need the following information for each new user:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Project name(s) to have access to
To Remove User(s) from Your Account:
Contact the iBEAM Support team by email or phone with your request. Please specify if the user needs to be removed from multiple projects.
Prefer no login? We can provide a direct link to your camera web page, no login required!
Contact the iBEAM Support team by email or phone and let them know which access style you and your team prefer, and they will take care of the rest.
Requests to add new users, remove users, and change the access settings for your camera web page MUST come from the authorized admin on the iBEAM Construction Camera account.
